Quality, Turnaround Time & Service Levels

Quality, Customer Service & A Full Range of Testing Services

Curtis and Tompkins offers high quality, excellent customer service and a full range of chemical measurements and data deliverable products  for investigations, monitoring and regulatory programs.

It starts with our project managers.  Each project is assigned to a laboratory project manager who acts as the client’s primary point of contact with the lab.  Our PMs routinely help our clients with:

  • Sampling and Analysis Plans
  • Method Selection
  • Sampling Kits
  • Sample Transport and Tracking
  • Lab Process Scheduling & Management
  • Project Data Review & Validation
  • Reporting & Report Distribution
Quality & Timeliness matter.  We know you want both.
Our turnaround time continues to accelerate.  The majority of our testing is completed within five business days, with many projects completed in even less time.   Of course, if the testing doesn’t adhere to the proper quality standards, then faster isn’t better.   We provide services to a range of government and high visibility clients and have implemented stringent standards for their documentation and accountability requirements that we apply to all of our testing.
C&Ts QA program follows ISO Guide 17025, General Requirements for the Competence of Calibration and Testing Laboratories, and the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP), the voluntary national accreditation program established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
